Part 2. National Defense Policy

In order to safeguard national interests, and achieve the objective of deterring aggression and preventing war, the MND, following the government's policy, has taken comprehensive considerations of changes in domestic and international security environment, formulates the main themes of national defense policy, the objectives of national defense strategy, and the concepts of military strategy in order to ensure sustainable development of the country as well as peace and stability in the region.
